Silicone heat transfer compound. Operating temperature range of -40 to 200°C. Thermal conductivity of 0.7 W/(m∙K)

Resistivity of 7.0 x 10ˉ³ Ω·cm, 10 minute working time. It can be cured at room temperature or higher. Cured in 15 minutes at 65 °C.

MG Chemicals 9200 is a toughened, two-part epoxy adhesive, designed to create long-lasting load-bearing joints. It adheres strongly to a wide range of materials that are difficult to bond to, including glass, ceramics, metals, engineered thermoplastics, and thermoset laminates, such as SMC (sheet molding compound) and GRP (glass-reinforced plastics). It creates tough vibration-resistant bonds, and is especially useful for joining dissimilar materials that will experience thermal cycling stresses.

8327GF41 MG Chemicals is a two-component, flame retardant, thermally conductive silicone gap filler. It is a smooth, non-sagging paste that stays firmly in place after being dispensed. The cured product creates a thermal path that efficiently dissipates heat from electronic devices.

Carbon paint for RFI shielding, grounding, and creating electrical contacts. Offers superior corrosion resistance. Useful in some electroplating applications where low conductivity is ok. Useful in prototyping when higher resistances are acceptable, such as when painting jumpers or resistors.
