I. General provisions
1. Internet shop available on the website www.e-praud.eu allows doing the shopping through Internet.
2. Offer represented on our pages is for information only and is not a commercial offer from standpoint of Civil Code.
3. In spite of all efforts we do not guarantee that published data does not contain mistakes, which can be the ground for making claims.
4. Exterior of goods may insignificantly differ from photos available on the website because of possible change of package, labels etc. made by the manufacturer.
5. Our company is not responsible for changing the technical characteristics, appearance, volume and weight of the goods, made by the manufacturer
6. If ordered goods are not available at the warehouse and absent for more than 7 working days, we will try to offer an alternative replacement or a customized delivery.
7. Before making out an invoice we will obligatory contact the customer and specify payment and delivery terms.

9. A purchase in the Internet-shop PRAUD Sp. z o.o. shall mean acceptance of the present statute.
II. Ordering and orders execution procedure
10. The order can be made by adding a product to a basket and by pushing a button “Order”.
11. The main condition for making purchases is a correct filling in of contact data along with current e-mail address and phone number, through which the order can be confirmed.
12. You can make an order twenty-four seven the year round. Orders made on business days after 14:00, on Sunday, Saturday and on holidays – will be processed the next working day.
Items in stock will be sent to the buyer within 1-2 working days after payment is received on the seller's account.
The term of delivery of items under the order is agreed with the client and is delivered within the time specified in the invoice.
13. A made out invoice shall be valid for 7 working days, during which the product will be reserved by the buyer at our warehouse. Reservation time can be changed after the agreement with the buyer.
14. Should obligations arise, permanently or temporarily preventing fulfillment of orders, the company shall reserve the right to suspend fulfillment of the contract or its partial realization. The Customer shall be immediately informed about this situation.
15. Orders with incorrect contact data (non-existent e-mail or no phone number) or without reply to our confirmation e-mail, will not be processed.
16. Company PRAUD Sp. z o.o. shall reserve the right to suspend fulfillment of doubtful contracts.
17. Prices for goods in the Internet-shop PRAUD Sp. z o.o. shall include VAT (gross price).
18. The selling firm shall make out notes of charge or VAT invoices for purchased goods. In order to get a VAT invoice, the company details and VAT taxpayer code must be indicated correctly.
19. The company sales goods mostly by mail, personal receipt of goods is possible after preliminary agreement via e-mail or by phone.
III. Main principles of payment:
20.Our company works on terms of orders prepayment.
21. For permanent customers the following changes in payment terms are possible:
- partial prepayment of the order
- post-payment (payment on delivery)
- delay in payment
22. For permanent and wholesale buyers a system of discounts, which are agreed with the buyer when concluding contracts, is available.
Withdrawal from the contract
1. Each customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
2. The goods and packaging must have the initial appearance of the goods, the goods should not be used (preserved packaging, seals and labels).
3. In the event of termination of the contract, the Seller shall not bear the costs of shipping the goods. The costs of returning the goods to the Seller are charged to the buyer.
4. Goods to be returned will only be accepted with documents confirming the purchase and delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
5. The seller is obliged to return the money to the buyer within 14 days of returning the goods.
COMPLAINT
Description of the complaint procedure:
1. The Buyer may submit complaints to the Seller regarding the concluded Agreement at the e-mail address or in writing to the Seller's address.
A properly submitted complaint should contain at least:
- name, surname, address, e-mail address of the Buyer,
- the date of conclusion of the Agreement constituting the basis for the complaint,
- the subject of the complaint, indicating the Buyer's request,
- all circumstances justifying the complaint.
2. If the data or information provided in the complaint need to be supplemented, before considering the complaint, the Seller asks the complainant to supplement it in the indicated scope.
3. The Seller recognizes the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt in the correct form.
4. The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer or to the traditional mail address.
Complaints are considered within 14 working days from the date of receipt by our company of the parcel with the goods under complaint.
Complaints will be considered only with proof of purchase attached to the shipment.
If the complaint regarding the non-conformity of the goods with the contract is accepted, the seller is obliged to reimburse the costs of sending the goods. In the event that the complaint is rejected - shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
Refunds for goods, if the complaint is accepted, are made within 14 days.
