Diaphragm metering valves

Diaphragm metering valves are used to accurately control the flow of low to medium viscosity liquids. A diaphragm separates the wetted parts from the air supply, making this valve ideal for metering cyanoacrylates, reagents, UV-curable adhesives, paints, inks, solvents, adhesives, electrolytes, alcohol and other volatiles. The valve is opened by pulsating air flow pressure from the controller valve. The heavy duty spring helps the diaphragm quickly return to the closed position for immediate shutoff of material flow. Diaphragm valves are recommended for applications requiring high frequency micro-doses. The dose volume can be adjusted by turning the knob at the top of the valve.
