Suck-back metering valves

The metering valves are designed to handle large volumes of materials of almost any viscosity with high precision and repeatability.
Each valve contains a material inlet port, a pulsating (control) air inlet port from the controller, and an air inlet port that closes the valve. The port of the valve closing air is not always used, but only in cases requiring increased accuracy of material application, this port ensures that the valve closes (stops the flow of material) with guaranteed accuracy.
The material source for the valves is high pressure tanks, high volume cartridges or standard 330 ml cartridges with appropriate accessories.
A specially designed dispenser TAD-200V is used to control dispensing valves, and a dispenser TAD-400SR is designed to operate with aerosol valves. During operation, the valves can be installed either on a tripod or attached to the valve holder on the coordinate robot.
Coordinate robots are used when organizing automated production at an enterprise or for selective application of materials.
Valve bodies are available in stainless steel or aluminum. To provide increased chemical resistance when working with corrosive or aggressive materials, the working (wetted) part of the valve can be made of Teflon or polyetheretherketone (PEEK). The valve body is sealed and does not allow light to pass through, therefore, when dispensing material at the end of a work shift, there is no need to empty and flush the valve from the working material. It is necessary to remove the dosing needle and close the working opening of the valve with a special tip, this will prevent air and light from entering the working part of the valve and, thus, the working material does not harden inside the valve, which can lead to failure or complete breakdown of the valve. In this case, it is required to make sure that the connections of the air hoses, hoses with material are tight, both in the valve itself and in the control dispenser, tank and compressor.
