Piston metering valve BV-M0250T BanSeok

The BV-M0250T BanSeok dosing valve works on the principle of a piston pump. The piston moves inside a cylinder of constant diameter. The working material is fed through the inlet port, the piston, under the influence of pressure from the metering device, moves to the extreme "open" position, thereby providing a free volume in the valve cylinder, which is filled with working material. The air pressure applied to the closing port forces the working material out of the cylinder through the outlet port. The volume of the material dose is determined only by the piston stroke and does not depend on the pressure of the working material or the air pressure that opens the valve.

This valve is designed to dispense materials with low viscosity with an accuracy of ± 2%, the dosage range of the material is adjustable from 0.01 to 0.25 cm3 / 1 piston stroke. Most of the valve is used in the pharmaceutical, food and perfume industries, where small quantities of materials are required to be dispensed with high precision.
